WT Dhay's Biography

Wt Dhay. His interest in art was developed in his early ages. He got the basic skill of drawing from Indra-Kustiwa Drawing Club in Surabaya. Later he learned to paint in oil from late Nurdin BS. –a well known naturalist painter.

With fine brush strokes and strong colors, his objets mostly depicted the crowd in traditional markets, the busy hours of farmers and fishermen, as well as dancers and local culture or religious retuals in Bali.

Wt Dhay is a member of Sanggar Kamboja, Bali. He has participated joint exhibitions in Indonesia and abroad for tens of times. His works have been collectected by both local and foreign fine art lovers.
